Dr. Jones Singer may have the best bedside manner of any medical professional I’ve ever encountered. She’s is thoughtful, understanding, and goes above and beyond to answer any and all questions you might have. Her years of knowledge and experience really shine in her work. Her staff is also extremely professional, warm, and kind. I would (and often do) confidently recommend her to all my friends and family.

Today was my final follow up at office of Michelle Jones Singer MD. I am actully having a lot of mixed emotions. I am happy! And I am sad. Happy because I am extremely glad with my results. Sad because its always a pleasure to see Dr Jones and her staff and now I have no more appointments. They always make you feel right at home and comfortable. Dr. Michelle Jones Singer is very personable and knowlegable. She explains everything to you so you will understand and ask you questions to make sure you do understand before you leave or aquire her services. Run...do not walk to Dr. Jones Singer! I had an incredible experience with this office. Clean facility. Super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Made to feel like a person and not just a number at each appointment. My procedure was 10 months ago and I cannot be more pleased with my results. The wonderful Dr. Jones-Singer and her lovely team, Alnetta and Gabrielle, know what they are doing! All of them were warm, friendly, and took fantastic care of me! I initially went because a family member told me of her and what she did for him. I had a lot of issues from an appendectomy some years ago including scar tissue build up. Dr. Jones-Singer and her staff kept the lines of communication open to address any questions that I had post-surgery and actually showed that they cared. That is rare to find in the medical field when seeing so many people. I loved the fact that every detail was explained to me prior, during, AND after to make sure that I understood.
